Are all the brands you sell authentic?

Yes. Every item we offer is 100% authentic and sourced directly from major U.S. department stores’ overstock, including Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Nordstrom. We only purchase genuine merchandise, ensuring our customers receive real luxury brands at discounted prices.

I found a dress I love, but my size isn’t available. Will you restock it?

Many of our items come from overstock and limited‑quantity collections, which means sizes can sell out quickly and may not always return. However, we receive new inventory from major department stores regularly, so your size may become available in future shipments. We encourage you to check back often or contact us if you’d like us to look out for a specific size.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. All of our perfumes are 100% authentic. We source our fragrances directly from major U.S. department stores’ overstock, ensuring every bottle is genuine and brand‑original.

Why are some perfumes listed as “No Cellophane”?

Occasionally, during shipping or storage at major retailers, the outer cellophane wrapping on a perfume box may tear or come loose. According to store policy, these retailers cannot sell items with damaged packaging, so they liquidate them in overstock lots — which we purchase at a discounted rate.

This allows us to pass those savings directly to you. Even without the cellophane, you can rest assured that every perfume is brand new, never used, and 100% authentic.

What are tester perfumes?

Tester perfumes are brand‑new, unused fragrances that were originally produced for display at department stores or for in‑store sampling. They contain the exact same scent, formula, and bottle as the retail version — the only difference is the packaging. Tester units often come without a decorative box or without a cap, which allows retailers to showcase the fragrance without using full retail packaging.

Because testers are authentic and identical in quality, we’re able to offer them at a lower price, giving you the same luxury fragrance for less.

What is your order processing time?

We ship all orders the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days when using standard ground shipping, which we offer free on most orders.

If you need expedited or next‑day delivery, you’re welcome to email us your prepaid shipping label, and we’ll gladly ship your order the same day.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please visit our Wholesale page for detailed wholesale and export pricing. All U.S.‑based retailers and resellers must provide a valid reseller certificate if they wish to be exempt from sales tax.

Do you accept dropshipping?

Yes, we do. If your order requires any special instructions, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can accommodate your request.
